I embark on a 6 week job with Channel X for the shooting of Detectorists (series 2). BAFTA award winning TV Series coming back to the TV screens in 2015 and I had been selected to Production Assist for the full 6 weeks. It was a slight step in the right direction for my career but I can't say I miss Ipswich.
Toby Jones (Harry Potter) and Mackenzie Crook (Pirates of the Caribbean) present the DMDC and unearth a lot of work for one new Production Assistant.
